The 2017 Annual general meeting of the Mill Road Winter Fair Association will be held on Thursday March 16th in the Baptist Church Hall, 178 Mill Road, starting at 7.00pm.

Bring your good selves, your ideas and your community spirit.

If you have any questions you want to ask beforehand, either about the meeting or any roles or sub-committees you might be interested in putting yourself forward for e-mail the current committee member (or info)

Volunteer

The Fair couldn't happen without the support of volunteers. We need people who can give some time throughout the year to help organise the Fair, as well as in the weeks leading up to the Fair and on the day itself.
